Facility Pro Clean LLC is a commercial cleaning company based in Hebron, Maryland. This policy describes how we handle information you provide when contacting us, requesting a free facility resource, or signing up for optional email updates through facilityproclean.com.

If you request a cleaning estimate or walkthrough, you may provide your name, company or facility type, email address, phone number, and details about your cleaning needs. If you request a free resource, you may provide your email address, optional name, and the resource requested. If you choose to subscribe to marketing emails, we collect your subscription details and information necessary to manage that preference.

How we use your information

We use estimate-request information to respond to inquiries and discuss potential cleaning services. We use resource-request information to provide the resource or respond to the request. We use information from newsletter signups to send the cleaning tips, resources, and occasional promotional updates you expressly request.

Free resources do not require a marketing subscription. Requesting an estimate or downloading a resource does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional emails.

Optional marketing and unsubscribing

Marketing email subscriptions are voluntary. If you subscribe, you may unsubscribe using the link included in our marketing messages, or contact us using the information below. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from replying to a cleaning-service inquiry that you initiated.

Services that process information

Our website is hosted with Hostinger. Website quote-request forms currently use Formspree for submission processing; business inquiries may be delivered to our Google Workspace email account. Our optional newsletter signups and marketing email management use Hostinger Reach. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We do not treat contacts from Quantico Creek Publishing as part of Facility Pro Clean's mailing list.

Website operation

Our hosting and embedded services may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and security logs, to operate and protect the website. If we add new analytics or advertising tracking tools, we will review and update this policy as appropriate.
